2. Services

We specialize in repairs for:

• Apple devices
• Micro soldering and PCB diagnostics
  Repairs are offered on an appointment basis only.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided upon diagnostic assessment. Payment is required upon completion of the service, and accepted methods include cash, card, or online payments. All prices include VAT.

4. Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on most repairs, covering the parts and labor we provide. The warranty excludes issues arising from user damage, third-party repairs, or further accidental damage.

5. Liability

Rewired Tech is not responsible for any data loss or further damage to the device during or after repair. We recommend that customers back up all data before handing over devices.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding the fault. Devices not collected within 90 days will be disposed of.

7. Shipping and Returns

Devices can be dropped off or shipped to our location. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but will rework issues covered under warranty.

8. Data Privacy

Personal information collected through our website or during service is protected under our [Privacy Policy]. Sensitive login details are not retained post-service.

9. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a charge.
